Intellectual property
All intellectual property regarding products, designs, models, texts, other expressions, etc. from Zoe’s Candles belong to Zoe’s Candles (and/or her related parties). It is forbidden to copy, forge, reproduce or in any other way multiply these products, models, texts, and other expressions. All rights reserved.
Orders & Payments
By placing an order and clicking ‘Place Order’ the customer commits to the order and is thereby obliged to pay for the order. Any additional costs for shipments are actual default shipment costs.
Shipment & Delivery
Zoe’s Candles will ship orders within four days after receiving the order unless stated differently on the website. Please let us know if you require your shipment quicker, and we will ship your order as fast as possible.
Reflection period, Right to withdraw & Returns
You can return your items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
You can exchange your items within 14 days, as long as the new items are the same as the original items you ordered. If you want to exchange your items for different items, the price and size must be the same as the price and size at which you bought the original item. Shipment costs are to be paid by the customer.
We accept returns if the item and its packaging are returned in a perfect and original state. We will refund your purchase and the shipment costs within five working days after receiving your returns. Costs for the return shipment will not be refunded.
Because of the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns of used candles.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or not fully refund your purchase if we suspect the candle has been used or the item has been damaged due to the return shipment. Zoe’s Candles also reserves the right to refuse returns or not fully refund your purchase after 14 days of placing the order.
Exclusion of the right to withdraw
Custom candles made according to specific customer wishes will be excluded from the right to withdraw.
Complains & Conformity
Please contact us by email if you have a complaint about one of Zoe’s Candles articles. Please provide a clear description and photos. We will get back to you within three working days to discuss what would be a fitting and reasonable solution.
Cancellations
An order may be canceled without reason before it has been shipped. We will refund your purchase within five working days minus administration- and transaction costs (€2,95).
Guarantee
Zoe’s Candles produces high-quality candles to fit regulations and given specifications. Slight differences in colors may occur. We hand-check all products before shipping.
Privacy
Zoe’s Candles exclusively uses personal information to process orders, forms, e-mails, and promotions. We only submit the name, email, and address of a customer to the site of our parcel partner to make a shipping label. We only subscribe name and email to the mailing list of our e-mail marketing service after a double opt-in. The website of Zoe’s Candles uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous data. We don’t connect this data to personal customer information.
